I enjoyed this project a lot. This project was very challenging and we had a lot of difficulties. One of the difficulties we faced was communication. Most of the time I could not get to meet up with my group members as we all had busy and tight schedules such as tuition and CCA. However, we realised that we could just meet on online platforms such as Google Hangouts. Another difficulty we faced was lack of experience. As none of us had done Resource Developement, we were all unsure of what we should include in our website. However, after some brainstorming, we found out a few strategies to make our website useful to the lederly by catering to thier needs. In the end, after doing this project, I have not only learnt to make a good website that can educate people, I also learnt the importance of being responsible as a group leader. I could say that I have learnt a lot from this project and it was truly an enlightening experience for me.

Doing this Project have made me learn a lot of things about society. This is my first time attempting a category 4 project. And our project elderly scam prevention, focus on helping the elderly, which none of us, the group members have any experiences on before we started the project. At first, we thought big fonts, two languages would be enough. The flyer would be easy to do too. But after many interviews and a pilot test, we realised that the elderly needed much more than that. We also had an irresponsible group mate who did very less work which slowed down our progress greatly, which i will not be criticizing now. Despite the many difficulties we faced like the printing costs of flyer , unresponsive elderly for pilot tests and things like that, we got our work done in the end, with voice recordings ,three languages for our content, including the malay(had a few mistranslations here and there) and flyers distributed at HDB flats. This project helped me to realize how vulnerable elderly are in front of scams online or people knocking on their home doors. I will also help to do my best to assist elderly in the future if I have any chance to. Thank you Elderly Scam Prevention!

It was surely a valuable experience for me in creating this resource package. In this project, we spent many hours doing research and creating the resources. I feel that throughout this project, I have learnt a lot. For instance, creating a website was not easy at first as it was the first time using a website creator such as Wix. I had also learnt about the importance of time management. I remember one of the greatest difficulties which we faced was that we had very little time to meet up and work on our project. All of us had busy schedules and it was difficult for us to meet up to do our project. However, we managed to find time in our busy schedules to complete the project.I believe that creating this resource package was useful and I hope that it can serve its purpose.
