Project Title Okara Ice Cream
Synopsis Food waste is on the rise in Singapore. Our group has created a healthy, cost-efficient ice

cream that recycled wasted and underused food material. One prominent ingredient is soy

pulp (okara), it is normally thrown away in mass quantities after the production of soy

products.
